Parallel Mechanical Traffic Controller

MODU System parallel traffic controller is utilized to combine components commuting on different but corresponding conveyor lanes. The functionality of parallel traffic controller is very simple yet very efficient. When a product or component commutes through this controller, it presses on the arm to make its way. At this point parallel traffic controller has a high priority for the lane through which the product was delivered as compared to the other corresponding lane. In fact it blocks the adjacent lane so that collision between the products can be avoided. Once it monitors a gap from incoming traffic on the prioritized lane, it resets to its original state and is again ready to give priority to the lane from which it receives next product.
